We need to get in touch with political initiatives that are in need and already using organisational tools + activate projects that currently work on or already published sovereign tech with organisational focus.

Scope

• Reach out to smaller and bigger organisations
• research about projects that work on sovereign stack
• contact projects and talks about their interest and incentive to join
• talks to DAOs about their organisational processes
• prepare agenda for the calls, pitch solarpunch and a small questionary
• minimum projects contacted:
  • 2x small size organisation - 1x bigger size organisation
  • 2x small sovereign tech initiatives - 1x bigger sovereign tech provider

Deliverables

• list of projects that has been reached out to
• video calls with DAOs and sovereign projects ´
• list of insights talking to sovereign projects
• first test drawings and explanations of their processes
