Tools of Trade changes

We are phasing out Basecamp2 to use Trello for project management. We'll also start using Dropbox Paper for collaborative writing and internal documentation.

Would be good to change this in our Handbook, so I propose these two changes to "Tools of trade - company tools":

1. Remove Basecamp 2 from Project Managements tools.
2. Add "Collaborative Writing and Internal Docs - Dropbox Paper" with link to https://paper.dropbox.com/
