Hey 17teen,

I was wondering if there was a way to Blacklist users from being DMed, as in server owners/staff.

Also, if there is a way for the bot to remember users, and blacklist them from being messaged again.

Both of these would add to the survivability rate of the bots. This would allow our bots to remain in their Discords for a lot longer before being banned, allowing us to message new users that join. It would also not message the same users that are also in our other targeted Discords.
