Wally package synced incorrectly by Rojo

This has been an issue before

Allegedly fixed with 3.0.1, but back with 3.0.2

Syncing the packages folder where the Wally topbarplus package is installed causes Rojo to produce duplicates of the same folder (indicating some sort of recursion), while the topbarplus index folder is empty entirely.

I've noticed that there's 2 project files inside topbarplus, is this intentional?
