#9) Oct 6, 2020: Some Minor Bugfixes

- Moved files meant for docker environment into their own "files" directory.

- Fixed issue where footer scripts weren't always included, and footer wasn't closed properly.

- Added code to get the amount of data transferred over the OpenVPN connection.
- Fixed the code outputting the client list, as numbers and dates weren't outputted correctly.
- UTF-8 encoded names are correctly outputted for HTML viewing.
- Added code to correctly show expired certificates.
- Modified code to use virtual paths to download OVPN files instead of "/download?name=".
- Fixed download functions for ovpn certificates using names with UTF-8-encoded letters.
- Added page refresh rate option to Web UI settings, and supporting code to main page.
- Added code to adjust session expiry time if session is still valid.
- Moved most of non-function code into function "Main".
- Added debug bracket to output traceback if debug mode is enabled.

#4) Aug 27, 2020:  OpenVPN-launcher error fixes
======================================================
This commit fixes the ability to launch OpenVPN successfully within the container, 
and fixes a relaunch of the PiVPN installer.

#3) Aug 23rd, 2020:  PiVPN repo location fix
======================================================
The PiVPN repo location was incorrectly, causing errors to occur during the Docker 
image build on a Raspberry Pi.  Image otherwise built correctly on AMD64 machine.

This commit fixes (not very) minor issues, such as PiVPN not launching with data from 
persistant storage.  Also removes warning message about pivpn user already exists during 
PiVPN install script.

#1) Aug 23rd, 2020: Refactor to use latest PiVPN
======================================================
This commit refactors this repo to use the latest PiVPN commit in building the docker image.

It also removes the seperate Dockerfile builds per architecture, seeking to use one Dockerfile
image to generate multiple architecture containers.

Documentation has been updated to add volume mount point information for persistant server and
client certificates, as well as DH parameter storage.  It is noted that certificates and parameters
are generated with first run of the container, as well as the need for persistant storage.
