gpgv 是 apt 的依赖，就算是超精简容器也不会移除掉它。
看起来是容器镜像坏掉了。

如果你是选了 Manually build (debootstrap) 这个选项的话，那大概率是此功能年久失修，坏掉了。
To be honest, 我都差点忘记有这个功能了。
之后我会把它拆分出成单独的 debootstrap 容器, 而不是在 termux 上直接跑。
