2 things
- on the "Disconnecting" part, can you say something like "Note: make sure there is a lock when you click the End Session button, if there isn't then click the arrow below the end session button and ensure that the box is locked on session end"
- also it should probably be mentioned somewhere for people to NOT update the teamviewer software, if there is a need to do that we can have a discussion, but leave the software at Teamviewer Version 12.
