[Reported Issue] User not able to get out of email verification

Problem

Goal

We need to get more information on this issue and figure out if there is a technical issue with our email confirmation where users are not able to verify their emails or if this is a usability issue that makes it difficult for users to understand how to proceed past email confirmation.

Additional context

Once we figure out what kind of issue this is then we can design a new workflow or fix the existing one.

I tried with my own account and I am not receiving this issue; can anyone else duplicate this?
