Is it possible to morph regular ubuntu into skywave using that scripts?

It will be great if to create QubesOS Skywave template.

Any aspect of Skywave Linux can be set up there, as it is a matter of installing the applications, settings, the supporting scripts. I am looking into doing it on NixOS, but there is no reason the Bash and Python wouldn't work in something like Qubes.
