Description of the data product

The Collaborative REAnalysis Technical Environment - Multiple Reanalysis Ensemble (CREATE-MRE) is an ensemble of major modern reanalyses. There are three versions:

• CREATE-MRE: November 2017
• CREATE-MRE2: July 2018
• CREATE-MRE3: August 2019

Each reanalysis has been regridded from the source and provided on common pressure levels. Differences between the versions are detailed in the linked documentation. More project information can be found in the paper from the American Meteorological Society: Using the Collaborative Reanalysis Technical Environment (CREATE).
