[BUG] Keeping test datasets aligned with Gadi data

Describe the bug

During the 1.0.0 release process (#279) it was discovered that the Cordex dataset in ig45 had been updated & the ESM Datastore schema had changed (see also #199).

This was not caught by tests, as they use a local subset of the ESM Datastore catalog held within the package repository.

End to end test should contain checks that the local test dataset used to ensure the correctness of each translator is up to date with the full dataset on Gadi.
