Confused paths to listings #47

Paths to listings given in continuity/Listings tab are confused:

Path to experiment listing contains extra directories stacks/flow_logs.filespack/ that have to be removed.
Path to reference listing on hendrix contains non-existing stacks/ directory and .tgz file.
