Create Observation for Assay(Task) or Specimen #7

As an ACED researcher, in order to navigate the data via graphql query or visualization, I need to filter by Observation.

I think the ["0hr" "1hr" "4hr" "8hr" "24hr" "48hr"] keys might be a place to start.

There are several "analysis" level questions that need to be thought through:

What is the focus on these observations? The specimen? The task (aka Assay?)
What are these integer counts representing? valueInteger
How should we populate the Observation's category and code ?
Should we leverage the Observation's effective[x] field?
It might be a good idea to loop in Jordan to help think these through

A hand crafted Observation and slide would communicate how we intend to transform.
