Add Nginx installation with the playbook #1

Currently Nginx must be installed and configured manually following the playbook. Ideally Nginx whould be setup alongside the the MinIO deployment.

There is an official Nginx Ansible role that might be of interest: https://github.com/nginxinc/ansible-role-nginx
