Downloading failed

On random items, when downloading attachments, it just says "Downloading failed". On Bitwarden it downloads just fine and the same goes for the web vault. It seems that the only way to make it work is to edit the item in any way (e.g. by starring and then unstarring back the item). Once edited, it will let you download.

If it may be any useful, I'm connecting to a self hosted Vaultwarden, but as I said everything works fine on the Bitwarden application.
