What
Subscribe to a Pixel to get notified when a Pixel gets changed.

How
Suggestion: User Frontend-Only features. Listen to incoming WebSocket-Packets for changed to a specific pixel and Trigger Browser-Notifications.
Drawbacks: Frontend needs to be open in the Browser.
