[FEATURE] Handle Reactions #38

iOS and Android texting clients have support to send reactions, though they use slightly different formats.

If we could process these and display them on the message itself when parsing is possible, it would make for a more engaging texting experience.

Once this is done we should also create an issue for sending reactions as well.

Per @dunkeltron this would require at least 2 new menu elements and quite a bit of design work.
