Button to quickly erase search field.

It's quite bothersome to erase manually from search field, especially when searching on smartphone - an X button on far right side to fully erase search field would be very useful and handy.
p.s. Hope you'll update database too, right now on 1.5.1 i see some items and weapons missing/not found(wiki surely has those).

Hi @rey0n! Thanks for the issue, that's a great idea that definitely should be added.

I'm not actively maintaining the project (you may have noticed it...), since I didn't have much time for side-projects this year. No promise but I'll keep this issue open and do it if I find some time. 👍
