What happened?

The reaction arrow sometimes renders when in editing mode and completely disappears in view mode

What did you expect to happen?

The reaction arrowhead to render properly in view mode

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

write any reaction like:

C=CCC.O>>C=C(-O)CC

Anything else we need to know?

No response
