Remove tagbam for DBS and TELL-seq when mapping with EMA #72

Now that arshajii/ema#51 is merged we can remove the tagbam step for DBS and TELL-Seq reads as the barcodes are intact after running EMA.

We however need to wait for a new release of EMA.
