Reason:

Either you need a new certificate installed for this app package, or you need a new app package with trusted certificates. Your system administrator or the app developer can help. A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which isn't trusted (0x800B0109)

You need to manually install the signing certificate.

  1. Right-click the appbundle
  2. Select properties
  3. Select the Digital Signatures tab
  4. Select the signature in the box and click the details button
  5. Click the view certificate button
  6. Click the install certificate button
  7. Click the local machine radio button and then click next
  8. Click the browse button and select Trusted People from the location list

At this point you should be able to install the bundle. The good news is that in theory you should only have to do this the one time unless the developer changes the signing certificate again.

This helped, yet Retrix closes upon launch on 1903.

I have the certificate error too : 0x800B0109
The given bypass did not permit to install app.

0x800B0109 = A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider.
