it must be started from the SDR++ root directory, you're trying to start it in system32

Hello! Thanks for the answer! I managed to start the server and run the client on the same computer - everything works. There was a problem starting the client over the Internet. I forwarded port 5259 on the router but can't connect remotely. I checked other servers - rtl _tcp and airspyServer - they work fine through a router.
