Feature description

When the mouse pointer is hovering over the squelch bar in a radio, allow the mouse wheel to slowly adjust the squelch. A small quality of life improvement. The squelch grab and move is a bit cumbersome.

It's already been planned but for all slides not just the squelch one. it's a limitation of the current GUI library being used.
