Track down cell type labels for single-cell RNA-seq datasets #89

It might be useful to have the scRNA-seq cell type labels from the original publications:

Hovestadt, et al. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-019-1434-6
Riemondy, et al. https://doi.org/10.1093/neuonc/noab135

To give an update:

I did find labels for Riemondy, et al. on UCSC Cell Browser as mentioned in Split out notebook for individual cell predictions visualization #88 (comment)
I am not that optimistic about labels for Hovestadt, et al.
