Full-width tables

@nozomione and I spoke last sprint about what we can do to improve the tables.

The biggest limiting factor is width- both the constricted table width as well as margins.

We currently have an Expand Table which just increases the table. Instead we should consider providing a full view of the table.

• Break out the table from the cards layout, remove the margins.
• Open it as a modal which takes over the full screen- technically a modal but doesn't look like a modal.

We also discussed presenting options for

• filtering columns- which might be better served on ScPCA given the uncertainty around data fields for samples on refine.bio.
• Filtering fields on each column

Recording the discussion here to revisit when we are ready to re-factor the tables, and aid in current refactor efforts.
