Let's use this issue to track what the requirements to publish the package on NPM are.
We can also link to the documentation (on NPM) here before we determine what we want to keep as internal documentation.

  • Create Step-by-Step instructions(README) for publishing npm packages to npmjs(general requirements)
  • Add the file to the root of the project
