Contribution banner alters mobile view #881

While showing folks the portal, we noticed that the mobile view is a bit off when the contribution banner is shown. When the banner is clicked off, the view fixes itself.

Noting that apparently ^ is how images get attached on mobile.

Selecting diagnoses from the filter was also fraught (where I tapped was not what got clicked), but maybe that's just mobile!
