It should be possible to check for STB16, at least in part, by scanning :spring-app-context files with a regex looking for parent="webscript" (or whatever).

Checking :spring-app-context files for parent="webscript" checks something other than STB16. STB16 is about Web Script descriptors not being placed in the Data Dictionary, which is a lot harder to check (and may not be possible at all).
