Is there an existing issue for the same bug?

I have checked the existing issues.

Describe the bug and reproduction steps

This is only applicable when you run OpenHands locally.

Set LLM settings
Prompt something
Then Account Settings > Set GH Token
LLM Model and llm base url get reset (in settings.json get set to null)
