B.R. vs powah reactor

Hi I would like to know what others thank on power generation. Which do you think is better for power generation and efficiency. Bigger reactors or the reactors from powah. I believe for quick start up Bigger reactors will be the quickest but for the same area the powah reactors can probably produce more rf/t. What are your thoughts on this subject of power? P.S. I'm not online while typing this so I don't know the exact name of the bigger reactor mod so please don't comment about that.
