Flutter - Make a drawer like the one found in the ruter app

The drawer should be quite similar to the one found in the ruter app. It should be slightly darker than the background color.
It should have a child shown when the drawer is in the most downright position.

It should also have the possibility to render a widget in the most expanded postition.
