I am not developing this library any more. Anyone can feel free to fork it if they want to continue maintaining it.

@Amanieu , can I ask why? You have a good library, so I'm curious if you have replaced it with something better (this would be of interest to me), or if you no longer have a need for this code.

I am now primarily writing Rust instead of C++.
