💡[FEATURE]: Add Navbar and footer in blood page

after clicking on "Blood Bank" under services the navbar is not available so the user cannot go to other pages from here.

sorry to say but the website available on https://69glitch.github.io/RapiDoc/ is not same as when i run the website on my laptop after forking.

like layout of all the webpages are different, not aligned properly.
u can try yourself for confirmation from someone account, fork it & run.

i forked the main branch from this repo and ran the index.html file and all the pages are different than original.

I found a MAJOR ISSUE, all the paths given to Link tag in header section (href attribute) are not correct according to project structure.
same with the script tag before closing the body tag (src attribute).

here is a suggestion from my side
you are merging the PR but they don't sync fork to get the latest, so they make changes in old one and you merge them.
Hence all the work done is mixed & the Code in your GitHub is soo much complicated & unorganized.

As for the issues i mentioned above they are still same & too much time consuming to make it right for me.

so i made only necessary changes & made navbar & footer of blood page.
