✨[Feature Request]: Add some message after clicking sending message or make appointment

Feature Description

We can add a message after any user clicks Submit or Make Appointment button.

Use Case

A user might want to know whether anything is happening or not on clicking these buttons so if there is no response then it might confuse the user .

@kesharwaniyanshi We are waiting to add backend support. I think we can handle it effectively there. Till then work on other issues
