Instruction to configure and run Armor (AMX) pool:
Configure Armor-pool:
1. Download pool:
#git clone https://github.com/armornetwork/armor-nodejs-pool armor-nodejs-pool
git clone --branch armor-nodejs-pool https://github.com/username1565/cryptonote-nodejs-pool.git armor-nodejs-pool
2. Compile it: "npm update"
3. Generate (Note1) SSL certificate "host.key", "host.crt", "RootCA.crt", and put this in the folder "armor-nodejs-pool"
4. Go to config_examples, and copy config_armor.json -> config_armor_original.json
5. Open config_armor.json, and change the following values:
(config.json).poolHost - IP or hostname
(config.json).poolServer.poolAddress - walletd address (wallet type="legacy", not "amethyst").
(config.json).poolServer.sslCert - "./host.crt"
(config.json).poolServer.sslKey - "./host.key"
(config.json).poolServer.sslCA - "./RootCA.crt"
(config.json).api.ssl - true
(config.json).api.sslCert - "./host.crt"
(config.json).api.sslKey - "./host.key"
(config.json).api.sslCA - "./RootCA.crt"
(config.json).daemon.host - armord daemon host, IP or domain (127.0.0.1, by default)
(config.json).daemon.port - armord daemon port (58051, by default)
(config.json).wallet.host - walletd host, IP or domain (127.0.0.1, by default)
(config.json).wallet.port - walletd port (58052, by default)
(config.json).wallet.password - walletd JSON-RPC HTTP cridentials ("user:pass", by default)
(config.json).redis.host - redis-server host (127.0.0.1, by default)
(config.json).redis.port - redis-server port (6379, by default)
6. Save config_armor.json, and copy this to config_armor_backup.json, then.
7. Go to /website_example/config.js, and set "poolHost", there. Set another data, and see comments there.
That's all configuration.
Run Armor pool:
1. Run armord.
2. Run walletd, type password, and HTTP cridentials. This connecting on armord.
3. Run "redis-server", by running this command.
4. Run pool-backend with backuped correct config for Armor:
pathTo/armor-nodejs-pool>node init.js -config=config_examples/config_armor_backup.json
5. Host pool-frontend, using some HTTP server, for example, using "nodejs http-server" (Note3)
http-server pathTo/website_example -a 192.168.0.156 -p 8080 -S --cert pathTo/host.crt --key pathTo/host.key
6. Go to https://192.168.0.156:8080/
That's all (Note4).
___________
Note1:
Here is the guide: https://gist.github.com/username1565/7321d63b44e1241f992c00d76b833c9a
and you can use "host", instead of "localhost", to get "host.key", "host.crt", "RootCA.crt".
Note2:
To create lecacy-wallet, run
./walletd --wallet-type=legacy --create-wallet --wallet-file=/path/folder
Note3:
If you have no installed http-server, you can run:
sudo npm install http-server -g
Note4:
Maybe this all can be automatized, but walletd waiting an input from user, by running one sh-file.
