P052 fonts don't have enough blue zones set, messing with hinting #26

The P052 fonts are missing blue zones for x-height, etc., which makes the hinting of the OTFs and Type1 fonts not work very well.

A little late to the party, but I have fixed this in my own fork of the P052 font, Domitian. I've also drawn small capitals and old-style figures and changed the metrics to more closely match Palatino. Feel free to give it a shot: https://github.com/dbenjaminmiller/domitian/releases.

There is uneven dieresis in small Greek and Cyrillic scripts at 40 ppem using FreeType.
