What happened?

Whenever i activate the Shader it gives me the good old failed to load message.

So the Dev off renderpearl says the 2.0-2.1.2 versions require Iris 1.7.+ to work. I thought it should work with Oculus 1.7+ since i guessed its on par with the 1.7 Iris versions. Turns out the shader actually requires Iris 1.7.1+.
Idk what exaclty changed between 1.7 and 1.7.1 iris versions. To me it seems like Oculus 1.8 is still missing some features those versions have.
Im not sure if this classifies as a bug report or a feature request. I cant even point out the exact feature to request. Idk if there is much the Shader dev can do about this so i decided to at least give it a try and post it here too.
