radium-0.8.2 breaks nether portal linking on 1.19.2

Forge Version: 43.1.16
Radium Reforged: 0.8.2

Problem: When taking a Nether portal a new portal is created on every use. Take a portal from the Overworld and it creates and new portal in the Nether, take that portal back to the Overworld and it creates a new portal in the Overworld e.t.c

Steps:

1. Create and use a Nether portal
2. Return to the Overworld
3. You will arrive from a different portal
   extra steps:
   You can repeat going back and forth from the new portals and it will always spawn a new one at the destination.

Yes, I can confirm.
Sometimes it works and takes you to the linked portal, but usually a new one is generated.

I'm also experiencing the same bug (MC 1.19.2, Radium 0.8.2, Forge 43.1.7).

You can fix this issue by setting
mixin.ai.poi=false

This also fixes the issue where villagers will not find job blocks even when they're right next to them
