suspect mod is rubidium, but I am not sure it is strictly sure it is it's fault, given the 400+ mods in there.

My friend, I have good news for you. I'm also having the same problem.

This is due to a rendering error in a fluid block (water, lava, etc.).

And it stopped happening when I removed the rubidium, but I have my doubts.

I think it may have something to do with a world generation or optimization mod that is causing this problem.
