Remove iframe disabler mixin #2

Currently, the mixin removes all vanilla sources of iframes. This also includes mob attacks, lava and fire damage and some others.

It also does not remove iframes for customnpcs, so attacks against them are still limited.

We should remove this part of misc until we figure out what to do with it.
