Have a hashtag (maybe #לאלפידעברית or something similar) that allows users to ensure a specific post won't reach hebrew feeds

Another option is letting a person opt out entirely, either by setting something on their profile or giving them some kind of settings page.
Or maybe even not including in the feed anyone who doesn't use the feed themselves? It is a bit weird that everything goes into it
