Because it doesn't, the "Contributions Under Repository License" section of the github terms cannot apply

So, anyone making a contribution does not share their contribution as open source and this results in the project not being usable without explicit consent from everyone who contributed

A possible solution would be to add a licence to the repo

Any news about this @nguyenminhchien? I believe most of the Odoo addons on this repo are already published with a AGPLv3 license file, so it would make sense to simply add the AGPL license in a plain LICENSE file at the root of this repository.

After gh-1079 was merged, dev has a licence 👍🏽 but the other branches don't 👎🏽 Although at least now GitHub considers the dev licence as the one for the repo 🤷🏽
