Ruby tag / Furigana processing for batch generation

the field sanitizer code now has an option (enabled by default) to process Ruby tags and correctly extract the expression. This only works in batch mode, doing something equivalent in on-the-fly TTS is not possible yet but i'm studying how to do this.
