Azure Portal now opens Designer by default. It used to be Run history.

Describe the Bug with repro steps

Earlier. the default blade when opening a workflow from the list was Run History:

Now it's Designer:

I wonder why?

What type of Logic App Is this happening in?

This is a change by design, you can change the default behavior for yourself though by clicking this button on the Run History page
