Describe the Bug with repro steps

Hi, no need for a long explanation here. VERY recently all actions are collapsed when opening an app in the Designer:

This extremely annoying for nested flows, since it requires a lot of clicking to reach anything. Also, each nested action is well hidden in the underlying ones. This navigation required five clicks:

Please change the behavior back to how it used to be, since we manage a lot of apps each day.

Hi @amploid thanks for letting us know this. We are working to see if we can get a better way of handling this in the case of Run History. In the meantime we're introducing this to quickly uncollapse everything: #6494
