[Bug]: runtime defaults start but do not run.

If you use all defaults in your configuration, like this:

  "runtime": {
    "mode": "development"
  },

And then you dab start it runs!

However, when you navigate to the endpoint, you get:

Solution

Ideally, defaults would work.
