Craft Disabled

Hey, I've tried to make airships multiple times on a friends server, and have made edits to the config such as size and required blocks. However, I keep getting an error that says craft disabled. Could someone help me out?

Step 1 find out what server version you are on, in terms of the jar used by the server. Step 2 find out which version of movecraft- you were using, post results of Step 1 and step 2 here. Step 3 is using the information from Step 1 and step 2 and determining if there is a compatibility issue

Im using 6.0 and the server is 1.10.2
