hi, i found a solution worked for me open cmd in admin mode and type this bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off reboot then it should work |

This worked for me, unfortunately looks like it temporarily disables Windows Subsystem for Linux / Windows Subsystem for Android (WSL and WSA) but it allows VirtualBox to run. Normal google search gave more info on this |
I need confirmation from someone having this issue that this actually works before I can close this |
Unfortunately I no longer have this laptop, so no way for me to replicate
this
