Running apps doesn't switch playback device

  • ⚠ Problem: Various applications nowadays doesn't recognize it if you switch the Default Playback Device while the app is running.

That's not an issue of SoundSwitch, it could be caused by the application itself, your drivers or a 3rd party software you're using.

You can check if your issue is related to SoundSwitch. The only thing you need to test is: Does the issue persist, when using the windows default controls to switch the Default Playback Device? If this is the case, your issue is NOT related to SoundSwitch as Windows itself doesn't work.
