Connection refused to local ComfyUI when running workflow

Hi all,
wanted to try out comfyui-deploy on my local machine first and play around.

• I managed to run comfyui-deploy locally.
• I added my local ComfyUI as a custom machine.

I'm able to upload workflows from my local ComfyUI to my locally running comfyui-deploy instance.
But when i try to run the workflow, i get an error with "fetch failed"

Anybody an idea what could be the issue here? Seems like i'm only missing one last piece.
